Recording Methods

SpeakFlare supports four recording methods: Zoom cloud recording webhook (automatic), Google Meet via Chrome extension, direct microphone recording from the dashboard, and manual audio/video file upload (MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, WebM).

Analysis Categories

Every meeting is analyzed across four categories: Grammar Errors, Filler Words, Clarity Issues, and Sales/Presentation Effectiveness. Each detected issue includes the exact quote with timestamp, severity rating, and specific suggestions for correction.

Webhooks and API

Enterprise plan users can access the SpeakFlare API to programmatically retrieve meeting analysis, push custom recordings for processing, and integrate SpeakFlare data into their own tools and workflows.
